Three People Hospitalised After Separate Road Accidents In Castries & Marisule

Emergency personnel from the Saint Lucia Fire Service (SLFS) transported three people to the OKEU Hospital following separate road accidents in Castries and Marisule Sunday.

Responders said they received a distress call at about 12:28 pm concerning a motorcyclist who had run into a metal pole at La Pansee, Castries.

The 38-year-old rider complained of head injuries and injuries to his right arm.

Hours later, at about 4:01 pm, the Gros Islet fire station responded to a call concerning another motorcycle accident near Courts, Marisule.

According to reports, a male rider and his female passenger sustained injuries.

There are no further details at present.
