Teenage Male Dies From Suspected Drowning At Roseau Beach

Police are investigating a suspected drowning of eighteen (18) year old Kess Ovon George of Barre St. Joseph, Castries at Roseau Beach.

A report of a suspected drowning was referred to the Anse La Raye Police Station, about 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023.

Kess Ovon George was transported to the Owen King European Union Hospital via ambulance. He was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.

A post mortem examination is scheduled for a subsequent date.

The Royal St. Lucia Police Force wishes to extend condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

    Been around you made me improve my skills you let me know am good at what I do best we shared so much memories. You was supposed to move to Texas with us I cry every time I think about you it really hurt me deep

  2. this is so heart breaking for the family, just on friday they buried their three year old now just two days after another death in that same family. Lord help them they really need it.

  3. My heart goes out to Kess’s Mom Karlene and all the family for this very tragic loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you all as you grieve for this beautiful young man.
