Driver Injured After Vehicle Overturns In Castries

The driver of a white Lexus taxi was injured when the vehicle overturned on the Vide Bouteille Highway in Castries.

The incident occurred on Tuesday after 3:00 pm.

Reports indicated that the driver, the lone occupant of the vehicle, sustained injury to his right arm.

An ambulance transported him to the OKEU Hospital in stable condition.

As a result of the accident, oil and debris on the road had to be cleared away.

What caused the vehicle to overturn was not immediately apparent.

  1. QUOTE: “What caused the vehicle to overturn was not immediately apparent”. UNQUOTE. This is so because 50 % of the time S.L.T. do not investigate, nor question witnesses, nor seek information from the Police or traffic Department and most of all report after the fact. I witness the flipped vehicle scene after it happened and upon querying I got quite a few comments as to how it occurred. S.L.T. we appreciate your existence, but you can do better.

    I’m wondering why are some of the comments are directed to the MESSENGER,if you think that you can do a better job at writing the story, create your own and operate your Business… Typical inebriation and stagnation of the pea Brain’s..
    I endorse my thoughts and observations.
    I can understand everything you posting and ignore Sour grapes….
