Ciceron Couple Gets Bail For Firearm, Ammunition And Drugs

A Court has granted Bail to two Ciceron residents charged with possession of an illegal firearm, ammunition, and drugs.

The charges against Junior Joseph and Rufillia Agard arose from a police operation in Ciceron last week.

Both appeared in court on Friday.

𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗵 received 𝗯𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

• 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗺: Bail set at XCD20,000.00 cash or suitable surety and submission of land documents.

• 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Bail set at XCD10,000.00 cash or suitable surety and submission of land documents.

• 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠: Bail set at XCD2,500.00 cash or suitable surety and submission of land documents.

• 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Bail set at XCD2,500.00 cash or suitable surety and submission of land documents.

• 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐫𝐮𝐠: Released on own recognizance for two thousand five hundred dollars XCD2,500.00. 

• 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Released on own recognizance for two thousand five hundred dollars XCD2,500.00.

On Tuesday, April 30, 2024, officers executed a warrant to search the premises of forty-year-old Joseph and thirty-seven-year-old Agard.

The officers reported finding one Taurus Pistol, six rounds of 9mm ammunition, a pistol magazine, and a quantity of controlled drugs.

As a result, they laid charges against both Ciceron residents.
