Search continues for missing pregnant woman

It has now been 39 days since Cassie John, a pregnant woman from La Toc, Castries, was reported missing. As days turn into weeks, her family says the uncertainty has become almost unbearable, yet they continue to hold on to hope that she will return home safely.

Details surrounding her disappearance remain limited, and leads have been few. Still, relatives say they refuse to give up.

In a recent social media post, a family member issued a heartfelt plea to the public, asking anyone with information to come forward.

“I am writing this with a heart that refuses to give up. My cousin, Cassie John, is missing, and somewhere out there are people who know where she is or what happened to her. I am asking you, no, I am begging you, to listen, to care, and to speak up.”

The relative described the emotional toll the disappearance has taken on the family, saying Cassie’s absence has shaken them deeply.

“She is someone whose absence has shaken us to our core. Every day without her feels heavy, uncertain, and cruel. We wake up hoping for answers and go to sleep praying she is safe. The not knowing is a pain that never rests.”

The family is urging members of the public not to dismiss even the smallest detail.

“If you are reading this, you may be someone who knows something. Maybe you saw Cassie recently. Maybe you heard a conversation that felt off. Maybe you know who she was with, where she planned to go, or where she might be staying. Even if you think your information is small or uncertain, please understand that small details save lives,” the statement read.
