The Management of UNICOMER (Courts) Ltd and Officials from the National Workers Union (NWU) have struck a new industrial accord.

The industrial provisions will benefit over two hundred (200) employees from the different locations of the company based from the north to south of the island.

The UNICOMER workers will receive a seven percent (7%) general wage increase spread out over three years as 2.5%, 2.5% and 2% which comes with a reasonable back pay.

The parties have agreed to a soft freeze on upward fringe benefits costs so as to prepare for the next round of industrial negotiations for the upcoming triennium.
