Police Recover Ammunition, Ski Masks In Abandoned Structures In Gros Islet

On Wednesday 17 April, 2023 during a joint operation about 5:00 a.m. Officers of the Northern Division and the Special Services Unit, conducted searches in two abandoned structures at Morne Serpent, Gros Islet.

During the execution of the search the following were recovered:

Twenty-three (23) rounds of 9mm ammunition.
Three (3) ski masks
One (1) Firearm cleaner
Two (2) 9mm magazines.

No one was arrested during the search. Investigations are on-going into this matter.

The Royal St. Lucia Police Force would like to ask anyone with information in relation to this recovery to contact the nearest police station, or the Gros Islet Police Station at 456-3830 or the CRIME Hotmail at 555 for anonymous reporting.

  1. Perhaps all of that stuff belongs to one of those gunslingers that the magistrates always put on bail!

  2. CHeck under those little huts all around Castries. Plenty of contraband there.

  3. Can those lazy police start by lifting finger prints off those bullets…afterall they’re 23 of dem
