Officials from the Caribbean Single Market and Economy were in Saint Lucia to conduct capacity-building sessions for Procurement Officers within the Government Service on the use of the Caribbean Public Procurement Notice Board and National Advertising Portals.
A total of EU $1.5 million was spent on developing these procurement instruments which have been underutilized by CARICOM member countries.
