The National Competitiveness and Productivity Council has achieved another milestone in the implementation of Saint Lucia’s Collateral Registry of Movable Assets.
This registry system will improve access to finance for MSMEs who will now be able to use their movable assets such as equipment, vehicles, or receivables to secure loan financing.
