Saint Lucia police have commenced a homicide investigation after a report of an alleged incident involving a male and a female on Jeremie Street, Castries.
The police received the report at about 9:23 pm on Saturday, indicating that the female allegedly stabbed the male who had physically assaulted her in a bar.
Investigators have identified the deceased as Caleb Sydney, alias ‘Scare Dem’.
The Entrepot, Castries resident, was in his early forties.
A female suspect is in police custody.
