Police Seek Help In Identifying Body At Marigot

On Monday, November 5, 2024 about 2:10 p.m. Police Officers attached to the Marigot Police Station responded to a report of a suspicious death at China Town, Marigot.

The body of a male was discovered motionless with apparent marks of violence. A Pathologist was summoned to the scene who made initial assessments. A post mortem examination is scheduled for a later date.

The deceased has not been formally identified. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is therefore seeking the cooperation of the public in identifying the deceased.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Marigot Police Station at 456-3895 or the Major Crime Unit at 456-3756.

Alternatively, anonymous tips can be provided by dialing 555 (the Crime Hotline) or by utilizing the RSLPF Crime Hotline Application, which is available in Google Play Store.

  1. This incident happened… during or after the Yamaha event at pigeon point..cross check any french nationals whom did not leave the island… furthermore ones whom did not return to their neighbouring french island….that goes for Guadeloupe as well..

    Only challenge…from what i did gather is that some French visitors never left their boats….they would still have to check with Coast Guard….so its worth a try
